Dell XPS and ASUS Z77 MB

Greetings,

I have decided to upgrade my Dell XPS 625 system .

As you are aware it is a ATX case and the only thing I will be using for my new build is my PSU which is the original one 750W
The HD's and a new video card as well as the original case a ATX sized Mid Tower type.

Does anyone know from past experience or from past posts if I can fit a ASUS P8Z77-V LX motherboard ?

I will be using a I5-3570K and additional components.

I am just trying to cut on costs and the only doubt i have is about the case, not for its size but about fittings ?

I should be able to get the last components in the next few days and then will try.

For now I would appreciate any advice or past experience .

if its an ATX case, then any ATX or MicroATX board should fit

did it end up working out? i'm trying to do the same thing now with an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 and i5-3570k. thanks
