Dell XPS1210 - Black screen

I have had this screen, I bought mother board on ebay. Put it in ..NO solution. Called Dell and they said may be RAM is the issue. Tried putting another ram, no results What I do now.. I am so stuck spedning 2000 dollar for this laptopn and it dies in 2 years? Any help form anyone?

Does it POST? Do you see the BIOS load? Anything?
