Question Delock PCI express card 2.ext USB 3.0 + 2 X INT. SATA 6 GB/S

I recently bought a PCIE controller with usb 3.0 and sata 6gb / s outputs. Motherboard ASUS P7P55M.
The USB output normally gives the speed of 5gb / sec but it does not do the same with the sata outputs. There it gives 2.5 that is half the speed. And sometimes I have blue screens. Is there an explanation?

Can you post the link to the product that you bought?

I have two PCI-E to USB 3.0 cards that stopped working after the latest Win10 updates.

It seems that there is a problem with the Renesas controller while using Win10's built-in drivers.

By the way USB ARE ALLRIGHT but SATA have the half speed from the beginning of installation.
