CPU : Intel Core i5 3570K
MoBo : ASRock Z77 Extreme6
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 2x4 GB DDR3-1600
GPU : AMD Radeon 7870 x 2
SLI : Crossfire

Plus the usual assortment of odds and ends.

From what I've read, a good 650W psu should do it. But I'm wondering if I might be better off going w/ a 700-750 to get better efficiency.

Here's what I'm looking at:

Corsair TX650

Corsair TX750

Corsair GS700

Corsair AX650

Not all of these are modular, but it's going into a Corsair 300R, so cable management should not be an issue.

All these frigging letters are giving me a headache. AX TX HX...

So, TX is Bronze 80 rated, HX is 80 Plus rated. Bronze is better, yet the HX is more expensive.

Could someone please explain?

TX is Bronze, HX is Bronze, AX is Gold. The 80 Plus has to do with efficiency; the AX series is the most efficient, and is Corsairs flagship product, meaning their best. The TX is mass market enthusiast appeal, and the HX is in between. Honestly, I can't find a whole lot of differentiation between the HX and TX, other than the fact the HX is modular.
