there was alot more but i can't find the logs cause it was probably too old.
here is my questoin:
how can i fix the problem with my ping making it stable back at 30-50ms after a DOS attack?

Solution
Change the MAC address on your router for your WAN interface, reset your cable modem/DSL modem, reboot your router. Hopefully you ISP will give you a new DHCP IP address so you will no longer be the target of the DDOS attack.

I can get on the internet now. is just that my ping is staying between 30-400ms sometimes for a couple hours and sometimes it is stable at 40ms. and what should i tell my ISP(time warner spectrum). i called them before and all they said was "i checked your modem it is perfectly fine, you need to call netgear" this is my discord connection rn http://prntscr.com/j8tc04
