Denied Access to my Windows C Drive

I was recently playing around with my security preferences because my administratoir account did not hav full control. While i was doing this I wasnt thinking properly and denied the system access to my C drive which locked me out to. The C drive is where my operating system is located and I cannot format it. I have looked at many online guides and none of them worked. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help me. Thanks

You might try diskpart clean command, from a windows boot disk, and then you will likely be able to format the drive and install windows all over again.

Or if you have a recent backup, just restore that.
