deploying customized sp2 ?

Well i have over 200 PC,s on my network that i want to deploy xp sp2 on ..
but their is one attribute of default sp2 setting i want to change .. which
is to allow ping request to that host .(i use it tp troubleshoot my network
problems). is their any way i can change all this & somehow make package out
of it ..other then going to all PC,s & configuring its firewall accordingly
?
