Deskject 970 Cxi Printer will not print in color.

My printer has never had a problem printing in color until recently. It has been a long time since I printed In color, so I primed and cleaned the cartridges several time. No luck. Changed the prnter cartridges to a new cartridges rather than the remanufactured cartridges. Still no luck. Is there anything else I can try, short of purchasing a new printer?

Did you check that new cartridges are compatible with new printer? Often times, people buy non original parts because they are a lot cheaper and printer has some sort of read senor so it knows parts are not original and it refuses to work. Now for every printer is different I got Kyocera printer (Black and white) and I had to drill a hole in cartridge and fill it up and tape it, and do some sort of hacking by pressing both buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. But for your printer there maybe isn't this sort of solution, I would advice you get original parts from official company.
