Question Desktop Audio and Microphone Audio gets mixed together, very annoying in Voice Chats

May 26, 2020
just what the title says, the Microphone and the Desktop Audio gets mixed together, and yeah its very annoying since my friends can hear it loud and clear.
this has been a problem for me recently, i dont know what happened that caused this problem.

when i looked at the Sound Settings : The microphone goes up when i play desktop audio, and stops when i dont play audio in the desktop.
(same as when i talk-well its normal it goes up when you talk)

i am using headphones: i tried with another set of headphones and the problem is still there.

i tried to change the ports, from front to back : the problem is still there

what i tried to do...
Enabled and Disabled Stereo Mix. (it was set Disabled as Default)
Uninstalled and Installed Sound Drivers
changing to spare headphones
