Greetings guys.
A few days ago my desktop started restarting on its own. From what I notice it seems to only happen when gaming. Strangely its not even some very intensive game either.
This is my specs.
Not sure how relevant this is but I build it around December 2013 and it is my very first desktop that I build.
--------------------------
CPU - i5 4670k (Not overclock)
Motherboard - Z-87 Pro
RAM - 16 GB DDR3
GPU - GTX 770 2GB (ASUS)
OS - Windows 7 64 bit
PSU - Corsair HX 850
256 GB Samsung SSD
2TB WD HDD
--------------------------
Temperature for motherboard while idle
Main board - 21 C (69F)
TZ01 - 30 C (85F)
CPU - 32 C ( 96F) - MAX at 36 C (96)
GPU while idle - 26 C (78F)
--------------------------
Computer crashes only when playing or about to play games.
I got the feeling its only graphic intensive games.
Xcom EU - crash on startup
X Rebirth - Crash on startup
MGS Rising - Crash when switching graphic settings from medium to high
Age of empires - run fine
Will test for more games and will update asap
------
As for the crash, It basically restart the entire desktop instantly and bring you to the screen asking if you want to run back to safe mode or restart windows normally.
I am checking the event viewer and it seems to have a few critical error that says "Kernel power"
----------
I got 8 critical error starting from 29 June

I really doubt its overheating issue as it sometimes auto restart as soon as the game started loading even though I just switched on the desktop.
I also have been playing the same few game for quite a long time without issues.
Please advice !
