desktop background always turns black

hi..my desktop background always turns black after some time..i can change it back to normal but it always go to black..

and sometimes my taskbar disappears..

please help...

someone logging in through logmein does that too. ultra long shot but does it do that whilst not online, if not run a full scan with Rkill and malwarebytes, afterwards try changing password whilst offline.

its activated....it began last night when i downloaded a lot of things from unknown sites and answered useless surveys..is it a virus...what should i do.?
