Question Desktop Background won't change

The current background shows the ram and cpu usage percentage, but i can't change the background other than that, even if it says on Personalization i did.

Is your copy of Windows 10 activated? If not, this is one of the restrictions in place.

RAM and CPU is not a normal background.
