Just wanted to check and make sure that these components work well together and the the power supply and motherboard were sufficient. Not sure about overclocking but if it doesnt cost a whole lot more might as well leave the option open... If you see anything that I could replace with a cheaper equally reliable part please let me know thanks.

G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell
MSI B85-G41
EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5
SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold

Okay, it works well, but 16 GB is an overkill of RAM at this time. If you are doing casual things, gaming and etc, you should just stick with 8 GB.

For the motherboard, if you are overclocking, you need at Z87 motherboard.

It would but you about 20-30 dollars more.
For cooling, a cheap, yet very efficient fan would be the Cooler Master Hyper 212 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

Also, if you are gaming, don't get a 4770k, get a 4670k because there is minimal performance difference between the two.

Getting a GTX 770 or a R9 280x is ideal as well.
First a few questions.

1) What will you use this PC for?
2) Does the $1200 include a monitor, keyboard etc?
3) I'm assuming some gaming will be involved based on the GPU you chose, so what games do you play?
