Hello Ajaz Ahmed,

here are my suggestions for your build.

Motherboard: Asus motherboard is fine.
Ram: Take corsai 8GB kit of 2 (4x2). Your memory will be faster that way and make sure it's CL9. CL9 is faster than CL10.
PSU: Pick Corsair CS650M. It will have Modular cables and it will be easier to manage all cables.
Aftermarket cooler : Cooler master will be fine.
HDD: Pick Western Digital Caviar black. It will be faster than Seagate.

All best,
Randor.

You stated, that you'll change your CPU in 3 months. For now,it's fine. Of course,it's always better to change it. Well, you didn't mention anything about what GPU you're using.

EDIT: AMD CPU is fine,if you're Overclocking it. If you're not Overclocking, pick Intel CPU. You'll get more performance per dollar.

Best regards,
-Randor.

You can't " overkill " your RIG with Corsair CS650M. If you would have '' Intel Pentium 4 ",then yes,it would be over-kill.

Overkill - more than needed.
