Question Desktop Camera with speakers and mic

I have a LG computer screen but does not have any speakers, camera or mic. I am looking for a descent add on (recommendation)- It is just for my home office- PC

You didn't stipulate where you're located, what your budget is for the purchase of the peripherals and if you have any preferred site for purchase. As for your speaker and mic, don't you think picking up a headset would be a minimal option? Camera wise, what sort of features do you need for said camera to have?

I am in the US- Looking for a plug camera to sit on top of my monitor and it should have a mic and some speakers_ speakers don't need to need surround sound quality, just for video meetings is all that is required.
ANy suggestion for a PC desktop computer with an LG monitor
