Desktop Case 220, components 110

Hi there,

I was looking at a specific desktop case (for aesthetic purposes) and it is a Korean build. It runs off of 220, which I am assuming is to power LED lights and the case fans. Would it be possible in any way to put 110 components in the computer and still power the 220 leds and fans without any huge and odd workarounds, or am I sol? Ive looked around and have seen similar questions but nothing really answers the question right on. Any illumination into the matter would be most wonderful (Even if it is just telling me to give up, haha).

Nothing in the case runs at 220, only the psu does. Replace that with a good 110 and you wont have any issues.
