Desktop CPU in laptops?

is it possible to find laptops with desktop CPUs? I remember some years ago I accidentally found something like a laptop with i7 8700K, is still possible to find one? where can I find them?

You see them from time to time, generally in the very expensive laptops that are massively sized and heavy and more intended to be desktop replacements that are less portable than the typical laptop.

There's no special way to find one. You find them the same way you find any laptop: research.
