So I did some program clean up on my PC and noticed I had a skinpack program installed from the time I had Win 7 and I uninstalled it, anyways, now my PC have behaved weird, one: after reboot my desktop wallpaper was gone, second, sometimes I can't even open customization settings because of a error (ms-settings: display) on desktop and third, this weird process that is running called asww10mon.exe and is located in the avast directory, and I can't close it. Thanks.

Well, it only happened sometimes. I believed it fixed itself. I ran some kind of Microsoft Troubleshooter to but that didn't fix it either, though people who had the same problem said that it fixed it.
