Question Desktop doesn't power up all the way

I'm having an issue where my desktop won't power up all the way. It's about 6 years old. I press the power button, all the fans spin up and I see the leds on my 2070 turn on. I don't see any mb lights staying on. Then it just stays there. The peripherals don't light up (making me think they're not getting power, but the erhernet port light is on), and I don't see anything on the monitor.

I just got a new PSU (evga supernova 750) and swapped it in thinking it was a power issue but I'm seeing the same problem. I'm a bit stuck now as I'm not sure what direction to take next and would appreciate any help.

try doing a CMOS Reset. You can watch videos on YT if you dont know how to do it. Your motherboard manual should also have instructions on it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the reset and also changed the battery now but still seeing the same issue

Can you try a different port on the back of the 2070?

Gave this a shot too and no luck

It doesn't have an integrated card. I tried it with my old 980 which was functional and no luck.

I'm thinking at this time it may be the mobo has decided to retire?
