So after removing one drive and also deleting the folder as I don't intend to use it and fixing my File explorer quick access to include all folders as simply c/user/profile/desktop or c/user/profile/download etc... I found one last issue.

My actual desktop that I see on my screen is still c/user/name/onedrive/desktop and any file saved on it has this location.

Meaning any files I drop into the c/user/profile/desktop don't show on my actual desktop only in the folder via file explorer.

Hope this makes sense how can I change my actual desktop to c/user/profile/desktop.

Thanks

Open the Registry Editor ("Regedit" in Start search) then go to the path "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders"

On the entry named "Desktop", change it to "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop", then restart the computer.

Thankyou for this and I take it I would do the same for the other folders that were within onedrives folder to set the correct path Pictures and Documents ?
