Question Desktop Gone On Yellow Light Mothetboard

Only installed Samsung 990 and now my computer won’t boot up keeps going yellow light

everything fixed now booting up normaly now. Just installed windows on my intel ssd and not samsung 1tb drive so when removed it computer did not like it. Bad side now have to install windows on my samsung 2tb now and download all games again. Went into deep panic when yellow light come on thought broken my comp so now 1tb samsung and 2tb drive are fully working and just thought it was an faulty ssd drive
