So when I turn on my desktop computer, it says,

Alert! Keyboard initialization failure.

Alert! Air temperature sensor not detected.

Alert! Cpu 0 fan failure.

Alert! Hard drive fan failure.

To continue press f1 key.
To change setup option press f2 key
To run on board diagnostics press f5 key.

What can i do with these issues? Is my computer pretty much dead now? Can it be fixed? It doesn't do anything when I press f1 f2 or f5

That honestly sounds like a fried motherboard just from the sounds of it. Have you pulled the side cover off and checked to see if the fan is spinning on the cpu when you power it on?

If the computer is a Dell one then the manufacturer is Dell right? Also, if by Cpu fan u mean the fan on top of the cylinder near the top then yes, the fan seems to be running

Try and to a C-MOS Jumper reset and see if it solves things. Unplug everything, and plug it back in again.
