Desktop Icon Font And Size Too Big!!!

My icons on my desktop are too big and when I try to change the size the space between the icons are huge!! I just want the default icon size and font with the default space between them!!

Icon size: Medium (Desktop/View)
Scaling: 100% (Settings/Display)
Text size for all items: 9 (Control Panel/Display)

See, I can't get the icons to 'go together' closer and look like its default...

Ok. I get it now.

You'll need to launch regedit.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics
Locate keys: IconSpacing and IconVerticalSpacing
Write down those values (in case you need to change them back).
Change values of those keys to: -1125
Sign out from your windows profile (don't confuse it with just locking the screen).
Login back and change size of screen icons to small and back to medium.
