Desktop icons are messed up

Here's the deal, my PC bluescreened and when i rebooted it, my icons just did that ^. I can't move them or anything and when i try save something to my desktop, it just doesn't appear. Can anyone help?

Shut down completely, power off, power on and login again, sounds like your profile got corrupted.

If the above suggestion doesn't work, a System Restore will fix it. Unfortunately it looks like you're running Windows 10. And it disables System Restore by default (you have to enable it manually, and it has to be enabled before the problem happens.) I've been baffled why Microsoft disabled System Restore by default in Win 10 - I've encountered numerous situations on clients' computers which would've easily been fixed by a System Restore, but turned into multi-hour reinstall and reconfiguration because there were no restore points.
