Ok. I have a small problem and maybe you guys can help me figure it out since I can't on my own.
For a few weeks my PC's been doing this weird thing where everytime I enter a fullscreen game it punches my desktop icons. They're always scattered the same way.

It was supposed to be like this:

But after entering a fullscreen game it goes like this:

Some of the games are the same resolution as the desktop, some are bigger or smaller. It doesn't really matter since it didn't do that before even if I ran a 600x800 game.

Edit: It also does this when going into screensaver mode.

Auto-arrange is turned off. I'll try the align to grind even tho I don't think it'll be of any help.

Edit: Nope. They still get scattered.

Edit2: Turning on auto-arrange keeps them in place but half of the icons are on the left screen and half are on the right screen. It kinda breaks the idea of dividing the icons based on utility tho so I don't want to keep it like this. But I noticed something weird... if I set the right screen as primary, it puts "This PC" on the left screen and if I put the left screen as primary, it puts "This PC" on the right.

"right click your desktop and go to the view tab, and see if your icon size that the OS thinks is selected is actually what is selected. my icons were medium size, but the option selected was small. when i changed the option to medium nothing changed, but when i changed "back" to small i immediatly saw the diference before changing back to medium. hitting the desktop refresh hasn't rearranged them since I did that, and it was very reproducable before. will post back here if problem begins to come back." Found this on a microsoft form you might try.

Ok. I think I figured it out. Looks like it was caused by a program I was using to auto-arrange my icons called DesktopOK. If I re-arrange them manually, they stay in place. It's weird, I guess the program glitched somehow.

Thank you very much for the help.
