Desktop Microphone under 20$

I have a pair of headphones that I want to keep. and I would like to know if there was and good mics under 20$ that have decent quality. Or at least which is the best under 20$ thanks in advance!

For years i've been using a cheapo logitech webcam and it works surprisingly well! The microphone quality in the webcams have come a long way and have pretty well peaked out, there is a finite limit at which your microphone is good enough, we've made it there.
