Desktop motherboard testers?

Are there any desktop motherboard testers that go into PCI-E (x1 or x16) slots? My motherboard doesn't have a PCI slot, so I can't use those.

PCI-E motherboard testers are almost nonexistent... Unless you can use an LPC motherboard tester and put it in the PCI-E x1 slot on a desktop motherboard??

Can I use this on a microATX motherboard? PCI-E x1 slot?
