Hello,
Just today i bought a new packard bell easynote te ENTE69AP-P6TX (whatever that is) and i started it up and it asked me to fill in my info etc. All is well until it starts to update or whatever it did and it got stuck on a screen saying 'we'll be ready soon do not turn off you pc'. It was stuck on this screen for 3 hours and after that i powered it off from the button and started it again. I got to the login screen, entered the PIN but for some reason not all of the desktop would load. It was a black desktop, very laggy and half of the icons wouldn't load and then it would just say that windows has stopped working and i have to turn it off.
one time the desktop didnt load at all (black screen). Is there anything i can do to fix this?
update: now it is stuck on a black loading screen with only the mouse and the spinning circle visible. it wont even take me to the login screen
Thanks
specs:
os: win 10 home
cpu: intel pentium quad core N4200
15.6" screen
graphics: intel hd graphics
ram: 8gb ddr3 low voltage memory
storage; 1TB HDD
(PS no programs have been installed by me since i cant get past the desktop obviously)
