I recently bought a ASUS rog z-390-f gaming and a RTX 2080ti. After plugging everything in it does not find any of my drives. I have a system drive (Samsung SSD) and a 1tb Toshiba HDD. My question is, could it be an issue with the power consumption? Is it possible that the RTX is chugging all of the power supply and it does not go through to the drives? I have EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W power supply.
After booting up the PC it shows the Asus's Republic of Gamers splash screen and then goes straight to the BIOS set up which in the boot menu shows no devices.
