Desktop not turning on

so my desktop wont turn on after about a week or two of inactivity. I have LED lights on my mobo which are on and changing colors so there is some power going to the computer, but nothing else.

there was a brief power outage last week but the computer was off already.

intel i7 6700k
ASUS z170 pro gaming
EVGA geforce gtx 1070 sc
EVGA supernova 850
samsung 750 evo

any ideas/suggestions?

the dreaded power outage... could have cooked your PSU, I'd recheck all connections and if that doesn't work replace PSU and cross your fingers that that is all that's wrong
