Desktop Pc stopped connecting to wifi

I went out of the house for about an hour, just leaving my desktop on. I had just used the computer to help a friend look for a part. I returned to my computer in sleep mode (as expected) but it wasnt connecting to steam. I looked at the internet symbol and it read "unidentified network". The next line read "No Internet access". I have an Acer AXC-603G-UW31 desktop. I have tried the drivers, the firewall, and the router. I am able to use other devices on the internet such as the old laptop i am currently composing this on.

Any theories would be much appreciated.
