Desktop PC Stuck in Sleep Mode

Walked away from my desktop computer and when I came back it seems to be stuck in sleep mode. Confirmed the monitor wasn’t the issue by plugging my laptop into the monitor. Have attempted multiple restarts, still in sleep mode after powering back up. Removing power plug and restarting didn’t solve the issue either.

Computer is about a year or so old, Windows 10, GTX 1070, intel processor, most drivers should be up to date.

try clearing the cmos. look at the mb led see if any fault led are on. a sleep failure and power failure of the power supply look the same. some parts will power on but the mb wont post.

Thanks smorizio, how exactly do I go about doing that? Lol, not a technical person so it’s a bit over my head.

download the mb user guild on it will be a page where the cmos jumoer or button is. some mb you will move a jumper from pins 1-2 to 2-3 to clear. some mb that there no jumper on the mb you use a jumper or screw driver to short the two pins with the power off.
