I was trying to clean installation of new Windows 10 so before starting it, I firstly saw an CD/DVD driver missing error. To solve it by help of YouTube video, I made a mistake.. it was saying to change in USB mode (2.0 to 3.0) in bios system settings. But when I saw there's no USB mode option mentioned. Then I found USB 2.0 only listed though I thought to make changes in it.. I turned USB 2.0 from enable to disable mode.
This is why now I can only turn my PC windows ON but I can't access anything not even system bios to fix it. Help me please. ;/

Solution
You Don't need an os to enter in bios.
even if you don't have hdd or cd/dvd or usb plugged in you should be able to enter bios.

assuming you messed up something. you can reset bios.
Lookup for your motherboard specific manul.
It is as simple as taking out cmos battery or changing jumper location.
Check the manual and you will find it detailed step by step guide.

You have to reset the BIOS as Somesh101 mentions.
What you did was disable your USB 2.0 ports, which are probably the only ones you have available, so you can't use any keyboards or mice except maybe PS/2 connector old style keyboards.
So don't go playing around with things if you don't know what they do.
