So my desktop has been in storage for about a year since I've been on deployment/moving to a different command, and I just got it back. I tried powering it on and it sounded like everything was normal but my mouse and keyboard didn't light up and my monitor didn't display anything. The fans on my GPU and my heat sink are both working. I tried taking my GPU out, re-seating the RAM, plugging my PSU/Keyboard/Mouse/Monitor into my old MOBO with nothing but a CPU and RAM in it and still had the same issue, so my theory is that it's the PSU but I just wanted some second opinions. Thanks in advance.

MOBO: ASUS X99A Gaming Pro Carbon
GPU: MSI Geforce 1070
RAM: XPG Adata 16GB 2400

I made progress, my keyboard and mouse are now powered but my monitor is still not showing anything. All I did was remove the CMOS battery and put it back in.

I lied, the monitor was working, everything powered on and is running smoothly, thanks! I'm super happy I don't have to go out and buy a new MOBO or PSU.
