Desktop screen repeating at the very bottom?

So i have a minor, but very irritating issue with my desktop background.

You can see the very bottom of the screen repeating some of the image for some reason.

I run dual monitors, and this is only an issue with my left monitor. The pictures are all 1080p and so are the monitors. This has only become an issue yesterday, and i think it could have something to do with a program called ultramon.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot, do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.

Thanks, that worked. I was right in my suspicion of that program, i started it up again to see if i could fix it and it just duplicated the problem onto my second monitor. Deleted immediately and did the clean install and it looks much nicer now. Shame though because that program had never caused issue for years until now.
