My Rig :
Intel i7-6700k
Gigabyte b1 sniper b7 motherboard rev 1.0
16gb DDR4 Kingston Fury
CM 600w PSU
MSI Nvidia GTX 750 ti 2GB DDR5
1 TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
Win 7 x64

This serious issuse started when I updated the BIOS of this system . Since the update, The OS always gets freezed at the "Starting Windows" Logo and after some frequent restarts , it used to boot. Once i forgot to switch off the system and it went to sleep. When i tried to wake it, a BSOD appeared and it crashed completely and i wasn't able to make it boot properly I tried all the options and it did'nt work .. I had to Reformat the Entire C drive and install a fresh installation . It was fine until a week ago , when it did froze again at the aforementioned point.

After going through some of the threads , i read this following thread :
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/49996-63-window7-freezing-startup-statup-logo

The issue almost matched it to the one I faced . I followed the suggestions from the Forum and changed the BIOS options. Please have a look at the following image links :
1. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1_f-1Hu6WG-obwZSse82B-z3c9ODKJe7x
2. https://drive.google.com/open?id=11CkJjdfddnaUzh8Tq5uWVMYCU9k8IYJh
Changes Made [ Apart from the indicated arrows ] :
Disabled the SATA ports [ apart from the HDD and DVD -rw Port]

After changing the options in BIOS, i did'nt face any issues until today where ,The OS failed to boot. It showed a failed Boot setting and tried to restart and again the freeze issue happened. Then I booted into safe mode and copied a couple of files in case of worst case and then , finally at the 4th time i Booted up.

I looked at lot of issues and threads but none seemed to state a particular case of problem ..Please provide a resolution at the earliest.

What has changed since a week ago when all was well?
I suspect that windows 7 has pushed out some sort of an update that caused a problem.

Since you are going to reinstall again, take frequent system restore checkpoints so you can recover to a previous point.
Once you get things working again, consider disabling windows updates.
There are no more functional windows 7 updates coming.
Be careful about what updates windows sends you.
Some will attempt to reactivate instrumentation like windows 10.
Update drivers directly from gigabyte and nvidia.

Thank you for the response
I have already done a fresh installation.. The problems still persist even after that. and regarding the updates ...Apart from some essential ones like.net Framework, 7 Service Pack 1 and windows defender etc..I did'nt install any other updates.I get daily update roll out ... but i don't install them. And as per your indications, neither windows 10 nor drivers from manufacturer haven't been updated .I checked. I will try making frequent restore points.
