I can't give you a clean answer, but then again the question is a little confusing.
If you want to get information from Acer, why are you asking us? Did you ask them and they couldn't tell you?
Why an msata ssd? Do you happen to have one in your parts bin? It would seem more likely that there is a second SATA port to which you could connect an SATA SSD, keeping everything more simple.
If the single PCIE slot is empty (if you don't have a graphics card) I suppose you could get a PCIE to mini-PCIE adapter card, but it's kind of the wrong approach unless, as above, you happen to have a free msata ssd lying around.
