hi guys, today morning i accidentally dropped my WD Elements onto the floor and power port broke. the hard disk is not powering up anymore. plz tell me how can i retrieve the information from the hard plz 🙁 my entire life is there 🙁🙁

I will start with that the safest bet of recovering the data is to contact one of WD's Data Recovery Partners: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=XUkeB7
Apart from that, you can try taking the drive out of the enclosure and attaching it internally via SATA. Keep in mind that this may work if the drive is not damaged from the fall.

thank you for the advice and i will try the SATA cable. I pray and hope that it will not be damaged and i would be able to recover the information.
