Desktop turning on and off repeatedly after power outage

My Computer was powered off due to power outage and now it keeps on turning on for 5 seconds, turns off and keeps on repeating.The fans spin and the cpu starts working.I don't even see the bios.
My pc:- Intel i5 4690k
16 gb ram
Nvidia 750ti
Asus Z-97 Motherboard
750 Watt corsair power supply

I would suspect the power supply to be the problem, though the motherboard could be as well. You can try a CMOS reset, just in case the power outage caused something stupid to happen, with your motherboard's bios, but otherwise I would say one or the other. If that is the CX750, I would lean more towards that, as they are not very good units.
