[SOLVED] Desktop turns on - won't boot Windows 10 and I can't access BIOS

When my PC powers on, Windows 10 will not boot up, nor am I able to access my BIOS settings.

The only thing my monitor displays is my ASUS motherboard's "Tuf Gaming" logo and a prompt saying "press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS setting." However, following this prompt still does not open up BIOS.

As far as I know, all my internal components are properly plugged in and my keyboard still works (because when I hit CTRL + ALT + DELETE it still restarts my PC.)

Anyone got any suggestions? Any and all help is appreciated!

Try a clear cmos, maybe see if you get into bios by disconnecting C drive.
