Every morning when I start up my computer and log in, it keeps changing the desktop wallpaper and asking me whether I like it or not.

This really is starting to irk me because if I click NO I don't care for it, then it just keeps putting on new wallpaper every single day. But if I say YES I like it, it does the same thing. How can I get it just to STOP?

I can't even understand WHY they are doing this? I wish I could just pick one of my own and have it stay that way.

Solution
try right clicking desktop
choose personalisation
choose background
in the right column, set picture in the background drop box and set one you like

it shouldn't change every day

Another thing you can try is go to settings/accounts/sync your settings
turn off Theme sync - there might be a roaming profile that can change settings daily too.

or do you mean the lock screen?
you can find settings for it in personalisation too, can't say I ever seen it offer new wallpapers there though. It might be part of the "Get fun facts, tips and more from cortana on your lock screen", i wouldn't know as I don't have it running. Can turn it off
