Desktop wallpaper with windows lock

In the past when I used to have windows XP, I was able to make it to where when I locked my computer (ctrl+ L), the background of the locked screen had my desktop wallpaper.

Currently, I'm using windows 7 and I cannot find this feature or even know if it exists or not. When I lock my computer, it just shows the original windows 7 blue screen.

I changed the background of my login Win 7 screen on this http://www.julien-manici.com/windows_7_logon_background_changer/

you can use same to match same picture u use for wallpaper
