Desktop weird shadow vertical bar!!

Hello!! I recentely installed Windows 10 Build 1709 "17025" Insider Advanced on my Samsung 750 EVO SSD.

Sometimes there is a kind of vertical transparent streak/line thing on the desktop. I've installed latest NVIDIA Geforce Graphic Driver 390.65. It's supposed to be an graphic issue bug?! I admit that I'm still using an VGA cable to my LED monitor!! xD

transparent streak/line sounds like a defect monitor or GPU,

Need to test with known working part.

Huh... probably might be my GTX 1050Ti from MSI that I bought it recentely. It is the first time when I encounter such a problem. Luckly I kept my good older GTX 960 from Gigabyte. Thanks anyway for the answer!! : )
