Desktop wireless card

how much do these cards usually run.....and how many antennas are good most i see are 2 or 3.

found 2 i was looking at dont know if there overkill or not

what is the range on these or does it depend on the router?? i plan on staying with comcast for now and there will be a laptop in the house so figured might as well make them both wireless.

will there be any performance loss from wired? (on games)
and if both are online will that affect anything or is it better to only have one online at a time.

with this router theres an internet in and what looks like 4 other seperate internet ports does that mean i can have both wired and wireless?? maby try to keep the desktop wired then.
