Desktop won't identify network / router ( wireless )

My desktop can't identify my wifi i restarted my pc several times. any help will be appriciated

If you want to connect wirelessly to your router with your desktop computer, it must have a wireless adapter installed.
Otherwise you can only use a wired (ethernet) connection.
