Today i decided to clean my pc and so i started by turning it off and blowing out some air , than i removed my cpu fan and cleaned it. And than i removed my gpu and cleaned it too and at last i took off my 4 ram cards and cleaned them too i put all the thing back to their place and tried to turn the pc on but it only worked for like half a second and turned off, i dont know whats wrong please someone help me ... :/

Solution
it kinda sounds like maybe you didnt put thermal past on the heat sink and cpu or you didnt seat the heatsink properly so when you go to turn on the pc the cpu jumps really fast in heat and does a auto shutdown before the cpu gets damaged

It doenst turn off how can the heat go up so high if the pc doesnt even turn of , i plug in the cable into psu and try to turn it on and i can see that fan spins for like a half second and than it turns off , than i need to plug out and in the cable into psu again to see the same thing

Yes thats the 1st thing i did , but i explored a bit now i found that if i press in the cpu while the power is the pc starts for a half a second every time i press it in , maybe i should post a video here of how everything is ?

the cpu is moving under your finger and it shouldnt do that it needs to be firmly clamped in with the hardware that came with the mobo also you have no cooler on it it needs a cooler or the heat could damage the cpu also if that is intel then there is a arrow that will be on the cpu that needs to face the arrow that is on the mobo cpu socket but by the looks of the video you might have damaged the cpu or mobo or both because if the psu got damaged most likely it wouldnt turn on at all

The Fan is removed , it normaly stands on the cpu like all normal pc's but i removed it to check whats going on and somehow i pushed it and the pc turned on for a half second and then i noticed it. But there is a small light on the Mobo that lights green always if the power is connected so i dont think it could be the mobo that is broken.

really this is something I have never experienced and is out of my knowledge
I really hope you get this figured out I would hate to see a good pc like that not work after doing a little cleaning but what I can say is in the future dont remove anything and just use compressed air and a static free mini duster
