Is my pc worth anything to sell?

DDR3 1333

23“Samsung monitor

Pioneer DVD RW

1tb HD

Cool master case

Logitech MX5500 keyboard

I have a friend who wants to buy it off me, but have no idea what, if anything I should ask for it. Any ideas?

Only monitor and 1tb drive , ddr3 ram worth something.
May be dvd and case, if in good condition, but always in excess.
