Desktopcpu in laptop?

Could you theoretically de lid a desktop cpu to put it in a laptop? Provided that it has the right socket and it has the same tsp as the cooler in the laptop

No. They are not even remotely the same configuration. Entirely different sockets and silicon. There are no laptops with desktop CPU sockets, at all.
