I have bought an acer tower from cash converters 3 months ago and now i need to factory reset as ther are file and settings on it i have not puut on and it will not let me get rid but i cannot do it because of the password

If you havent used it yet, I would just create another profile first, (make sure it's an admin account - if you can), then delete the others.

I have done this when i first set up and deleted all others still keeps asking for user and password

Contact the place you purchased the system from. They should have verified that the system was free of password protection prior to selling. No one here can assist you in bypassing security protocols for any reason.
