So I have a Linksys WRT32X and open reach modem. This all works fine on the plusnet fibre network. However when I run into SKY fibre I cannot get it to work at all.

I have searched online but cannot see anything that helps me .

I have got to the stage where I have extracted the password and username using wireshark .

I have entered this into the router settings page.

Restarted everything and it just wont connect.

Again I can replace the password and username with the plusnet line and it connects straight away .

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

I cannot remember how to find the MAC address in the Sky modem. Is that the bit you are struggling with? If yes do you have the model number.

I think i will have the MAC address, I can confirm later, but its where to put it. Does this go into the router or the open reach modem ? I do not know how to access any modem settings , i can log into the router with no problems though
